Disposition
1. Freeze and transfer the corresponding bank deposits of judgment debtor Yifeng Zhang to cover investment returns of USD 610,406; interest of USD 21,968.59 for the period from 24 January 2020 through 16 April 2020; further interest from 17 April 2020 until actual payment in full, calculated on USD 610,406 at three ten-thousandths per day; attorneys’ fees of CNY 50,000; arbitration fees of CNY 71,553.14; and debt interest for the period of delayed performance.

3. If the foregoing measures remain insufficient to perform the obligations established by the effective legal instrument, seal up, seize, auction, or sell other property of judgment debtor Yifeng Zhang, in accordance with law, to the extent necessary to satisfy the obligations he is required to perform.
